Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your Watsons KSA account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization.

  Pack the Items

  Securely place the unused products in their original packaging, including any promotional gifts or samples that were part of the initial purchase.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Our authorized courier partner will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a convenient pickup time from your registered delivery address.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the product condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
